Whenever someone pings me for favicons, I open Favvy. It’s the shortcut that transforms a tedious chore into a repeatable workflow. No guessing sizes, no exporting slices, no manual zip files—just a quick run of the plugin and the assets are done.
Batch multiple brands
Working across clients? Favvy lets you store presets with different colors, masks, and naming conventions. Switch presets and rerun the export to deliver brand-specific packages without rebuilding anything.
Share the shortcut with your team
Document the steps once: “Clone the master icon, run Favvy preset X, upload the zip.” Anyone on the team can follow it, which keeps the burden off whoever usually handles favicons.
Shortcut steps
- Keep a master icon library in Figma with variants per brand.
- Run Favvy with the matching preset whenever a request arrives.
- Deliver the package and log the export in your release checklist.
Favvy turns favicon production into muscle memory.
Track requests
Maintain a simple spreadsheet or Notion table listing which teams requested favicons and when. Attach the Favvy export link so anyone can re-download the assets later. Over time you’ll spot trends and can proactively refresh icons before someone asks.
Bonus automation
Trigger Slack or email notifications when a new Favvy package drops into your repo. Stakeholders get alerted instantly, and you never worry about assets languishing unseen.
