Newsletters thrive on consistency. Emailify helps me build a template once and keep iterating without touching code. Each issue is just a remix of modular blocks—featured story, quick links, CTA rails—assembled in Figma.
Keep editorial flowing
Writers can draft copy directly in Figma or sync it via CopyDoc. Emailify’s placeholders make it clear where content goes, so editors can visualize the layout long before we export.
Mobile-friendliness by default
The templates collapse gracefully on small screens. When I preview in Emailify, I can tweak padding, hide modules, or swap layout variants per breakpoint before exporting.
Publishing rhythm
- Duplicate the latest issue, swap in new content, and gather feedback via Figma comments.
- Run Emailify to export HTML, MJML, or direct-to-ESP packages.
- Send tests, check analytics, and update the template based on what performed best.
It keeps newsletters feeling polished without adding headcount.
Keep a backlog
Maintain a “future stories” page where editors drop upcoming content. Designers can slot those modules into the template during quiet periods so you’re never scrambling the night before send day.
Metrics integration
Log open/click performance next to each issue’s Figma page. When the team revisits a layout months later, you’ll know exactly what resonated and which modules to tweak.
