Centralize communication

Keep a short change log inside the Convertify export folder so teams know which version matches which milestone. When updates roll out, rerun the converter and update the log—no more confusion about whether “final_FINAL_v3” is truly the latest.

Bonus: automate handoffs

Pair Convertify with cloud storage or documentation tools. After exporting, drop the files into shared drives or attach them to tickets so engineering, marketing, and vendors always know where to look. The converter does the heavy lifting; you just click “export” and focus on the strategic work.
