Design an expiry and refresh rule
Account intelligence decays. A named initiative can end, an executive can change, and a landing page can be retired. Give every account-specific row an expiry or review date. Pause or revert to segment creative when the claim is no longer current.
After launch, analyze performance at a level the audience size can support. Do not declare a personalized message successful based on a handful of impressions. Record which hypothesis was tested so later teams can learn from the campaign rather than merely inherit hundreds of files.
